Tyler Vaughan
Avery Dennison Corporation
Tyler Vaughan is currently an Insurance Risk Analyst with Avery Dennison. Prior to roles he has held, Tyler started his insurance adventure at The University of Akron as a founding member of their Risk Management/Insurance program and UA’s Gamma Iota Sigma chapter. Within his involvement at the University of Akron, he interned as an Enterprise Risk Management and Property & Casualty team member at CBIZ. Following his internship, he served in Underwriter functions with Westfield and Zurich then held a Business Continuity Analyst role with Safelite prior to his role at Avery. Tyler is a founding figure of Rising Risk Professionals - Northeast Ohio, serves as Vice Chair to the Rising Risk Professionals Advisory Group, sits on the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation’s associate board, holds a place in the American Red Cross Young Professional Council, assists with leading the Cleveland Gamma Iota Sigma Alumni Council, engages as a member of the Cleveland 20/30 Club and sits on the Board of Directors for Northeast Ohio’s Risk Insurance Management Society chapter as their Vice President. Looking into the future, Tyler is excited for other professionals to join this awesome industry.

Robert Bowersock
KeyCorp
Robert Bowersock is the Corporate Insurance Manager for KeyBank in Cleveland, OH. In that role, he helps design, place and manage the corporate insurance program for KeyCorp and its subsidiaries. Robert also provides guidance for business units throughout the organization on all matters involving insurance.
Robert began at Key as law clerk in 2015 and worked in Compliance and Operational Risk Management before joining the Corporate Insurance team.
Robert holds a JD from Case Western University School of Law and a BA from Boston University. He is Chapter Secretary of Northeast Ohio RIMS.

Tracy Watkins
Stout Risius Ross
Tracy Watkins is a Senior Manager in the Disputes, Claims, & Investigations group. Tracy provides litigation support and forensic accounting services including, but not limited to, matters involving post-acquisition disputes, commercial disputes, and forensic investigations. She has over 18 years of experience providing a broad range of services to clients, including financial statement assurance services, forensic investigations, business interruption claims, and other complex damages analyses.
Tracy has extensive experience preparing and reviewing forensic analysis for damages for insurance claims recovery for large corporations in the event of covered perils. She has provided accounting analysis for business interruption, property damages, cyber interruption and attacks, builder risk and construction delay, product recall, contingent business interruption, supply chain interruption, and business interruption values.
Prior to joining Stout, Tracy was a manager at SIGMA 7/RWH Myers, and BDO.

Jon Walkup
Westfield Group
Jon leads Enterprise Risk Management at Westfield, where he started his career in 2013. He has been a professional member of RIMS since 2017, and attained his RIMS-CRMP designation in 2020. He has led ERM educational sessions for organizations like IASA, speaking on “ERM and what it can do for your organization”.
